Our Founders

Elie Sadaka (Co-Founder)
Elie is a seasoned entrepreneur and former Deloitte consultant with a strong foundation in strategy, operations, and performance optimization. Today, as a real estate investment advisor and operator, he combines operational excellence with an investor’s perspective to deliver value-driven outcomes for both guests and property owners.

His vision at Midyaf is to elevate the standard of short-term rentals in Dubai through curated design, seamless hospitality, and thoughtful property management. Before co-founding Midyaf, Elie launched a successful fitness tech startup focused on online personal training, blending digital innovation with user-centric design. He has also led multiple real estate investment projects, bringing both financial acumen and hands-on experience to the Midyaf offering.

David Dedeyan (Co-Founder)
David is a seasoned strategy consultant, angel investor, and real estate entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience in digital transformation, operations, and business building. A former partner at Boston Consulting Group, he has worked with global clients to drive growth, optimize performance, and launch new ventures.

As co-founder of Midyaf, David leads strategy, investment, and execution across the portfolio — from property selection and design to pricing, branding, and guest experience. His deep understanding of real estate fundamentals and operational scalability helps property owners unlock long-term value while delivering exceptional stays to every guest.
